Lifespan Dual Subsidy Smart Start funds will partially support the cost of child care for at least five children at Lifespan Circle School. Eligible children must be between six weeks and two years of age, have an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) in place, and the family must be eligible to receive Department of Social Services (DSS) Child Care Subsidy (eligibility determined by DSS). Lifespan Circle School is a five-star rated developmental day program that offers full-time, year-round inclusive care to children birth to age five.
