Professional Development Support Services: The Alamance Partnership for Children, in conjunction with Alamance Community College provides local child care providers with individualized support to assist in achieving educational goals. Services include the Text Book and Laptop Lending Library located in the early childhood department of Alamance Community College as well as a Professional Development Counselor who can assist teacher in completing placement testing, registering for classes and general degree planning. Please contact Rayvelette Farrington at Alamance Community College for additional information about these or other statewide programs such as WAGE$ or TEACH scholarships.


ACC Curriculum Catalog

WAGE$: The Alamance Partnership for Children supports the NC WAGE$ project which provides a salary supplement for teachers based on their educational level and years of employment within a facility. Beginning July 1, 2010, Alamance County providers are funded at the Tier One-Higher Education Option. Please see the links below for current funding levels and additional information.
